Corporate Overview

We love games and gaming.  We’ve got over a decade of experience in interactive platforms for real money games, and have proven we can successfully navigate through the business and legal complexities of offering interactive online real money games in the United States.

We’ve always offered our games in a secure and protected environment for the web and mobile markets.  We built, launched and grew the BAM Interactive Platform, which supported our own B2C betting brand, BetAmerica.com, and powered partner sites.  The BAM Interactive Platform offers pari-mutuel wagering on horse and greyhound racing, handicapping contests and a variety of fantasy sports games, with all wagering operations fully licensed and regulated in the United States, The Platform offers real money games via the web, mobile web, and native mobile app.

Our sister company, 364 Northern Development Corporation, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, is a successful team of experienced developers, dedicated to maintaining and constantly enhancing our gaming systems, ensuring we are able to offer the best suited and most advanced platform in the industry.

From day one, we’ve had a consecutive record of year over year growth.  We became the largest independent operator of online horse and greyhound wagering in the United States.  More than 150,000 registered players, over 3,000 events each week, and over $500 Million paid out in winnings.  Business was up a whopping 39% in 2016.

And then we paused.

And thought.  Maybe it was time for BAM Software to pursue a new adventure.  Plus, we were receiving a steady stream of unsolicited approaches about buying what we had built at BetAmerica.com.  So, we decided to see what was possible.  We ultimately decided to sell BetAmerica.com to Churchill Downs, the multi-billion dollar racing, gaming and entertainment company, and operator of the iconic Kentucky Derby, the “greatest two minutes in sports”.  We completed the sale in April 2017 (call me if you need to know more), and have been planning for our next adventure ever since.

Up next, we’re working on BAM Interactive Platform 2.0, affectionately named Potent Systems.  If you have a game or gaming idea you’d like us to consider, please contact us.

And stay tuned for what’s about to come!
